My grand daughter has severe skin break down on her cheeks caused from her bowel movements.?

She was born with no , had to have one surgically constructed, sphincter muscles are not yet tight enough to hold in the bowel movement, has a lot of accidents. She can only drink water or milk, maybe some gatorade. No sugars. Bananas is the only fruit she can have. If we can control the bowel movements down to 1 or 2 a day the skin will slowly start to heal but it has never been 100% healed, she always some open ulcers on her skin in this area. We have tried numerous remedies from Doctors to folk remedies, home made pastes. In Sept of 2010 we had some success with "XEROFORM" petrolatum dressing with Bismuth Tibromophenate from a wound specialist, this worked for about 4 months but it has not been working as well since january. This is an open wound and causes great discomfort for our 3 year old grand daughter. Any advice you may would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have a tendency to dive head first into situations. I agree that this is more of an infatuation then love, but for whatever reason you have a hard time distinguishing between the two. If she truly is a great friend to you, then you should make the effort to keep her in your life. In the meantime it might be a good idea to see a councilor to help you with your emotions. You said yourself that your emotions make you act erratic, so that tells me you need to get a better grasp on controlling them. As far as your friendship goes, you should ease back into it. Maybe just talk to he on the phone or through the computer. Hold off on actually seeing her and doing activities with her until you are sure you can control your emotions. Its good that you realize that this might be having an effect on her as well, and you should continue to recognize that. If the do they are breaking the law in most states,in too many places it is against the law to put away cooked food reheat it the next day and serve it as fresh, places are expected, to throw it out, allow employees to eat, or to donate the food to nearby shelters for immediate pick up when the restaurant closes.
