Do you believe Conrad Murray should be charged?

I personally believe that whether or not MJ was addicted is not the issue because doctors have a duty to say "No" to their patients when their requests are counterindicated. I believe this is especially the case when dealing with an addict, whom is reasonable to expect will engage in drug seeking behaviors. I also believe it was negligent to use a drug for something other than it's intended and generally approved use, especially in combination with other drugs which magnified the effects of that drug, and then ignore the caution of remaining bedside to monitor the patient on top of everything else. I also believe it's gross negligence not to give the paramedics and hospital to which MJ was rushed information on all drugs given simply to safe guard one's a*s. It may not have made a difference but then again it may have and even if MJ was an addict, being addicted is not worthy of a death sentence but failing to exercise due care when one knows or should know better is criminally negligent. What about you? Do you believe Conrad Murray should be charged with Manslaughter(unintentional,non-malicious murder)?
