Need help with my dog?

ok he is like 10 wks old and i have 3 cats in my home..he keeps picking on them ...pounces ,,jumps ,and starts biting on them...he:s playfull. but at the sometime he is to rough with the cats..what can i do to teach my dog to stop hurting the cats with love.....thank you for your insight..
