I need a different perspective on something (10 points 4 best view)?
It sounds like you have a tendency to dive head first into situations. I agree that this is more of an infatuation then love, but for whatever reason you have a hard time distinguishing between the two. If she truly is a great friend to you, then you should make the effort to keep her in your life. In the meantime it might be a good idea to see a councilor to help you with your emotions. You said yourself that your emotions make you act erratic, so that tells me you need to get a better grasp on controlling them. As far as your friendship goes, you should ease back into it. Maybe just talk to he on the phone or through the computer. Hold off on actually seeing her and doing activities with her until you are sure you can control your emotions. Its good that you realize that this might be having an effect on her as well, and you should continue to recognize that. If she is a close friend you should talk to her about your relationship and ask her what she thinks is best for her too.I wish you the best of luck, and hope that you can find someone to return your feelings!
