Yes, but not all of them are racist.... Southern South America -to be more specific- is the mostly white area. I am Argentine born... when I was a kid my mum (Irish/Swedish ancestry) was always horrified when a black person appeared on the telli. that's why I think black people are ugly she planted that in me.
