Is my girlfriend cheating?

I am 16 going on 17 in december and my girlfriend turned 16 in march. She lived here and went to my school and we met near the beginning of the school year. during the summer of last year she moved away to a different state 600 miles away. We do get the chance to fly out and see each other during breaks and I took her to her homecoming near the beginning of the year. She has cheated on me once before when we were in a major fight (it was only a kiss from what she told me) and she ended up breaking up with me for him and they did a lot. She has broken up with me multiple times once for her church (she used to be mormon when she lived here) and a few others cuz of fights. other than the church time she has been with a guy right after for about a week or 2 before coming back to me. Once was cuz she promised a friend she would give it a try and another to stop her self from getting back with me right away cuz she wanted some time apart. She has told me when she likes other guys before but recently I haven't heard anything like that. Over the past 2 weeks she has spent a lot of time with one of her guy friends that she's close to. And whenever she's with any friend guy or girl she doesn't text me and ignores me most of the time but she can spend a good like 6 and a half hours at this guys house without texting me only getting home in time to tell me goodnight. And once last week she tried to go up to his family cabin with him and his family but his family didn't go so it would've just been them but they got stuck in the weather and he called his dad to tow them back down the mountain. She called to tell me that they got stuck on the way up there and her phone was dying so she couldn't talk and she called me when she finally got home around 10 to 10:30 to tell me goodnight. She tells me when she's going over (and she generally doesn't care when she does something that bothers me when she knows cuz she does it anyways and says she's going to anyways) and she uses guilt and making me feel bad most of the time to get what she wants. I do believe she loves me when she tells me and I love her more than anything else in the world. I just need some insight from people who don't know us personally and wont take sides cuz of it. I know it sounds bad and I do have my gut feelings when something bad like her breaking up with me is going to happen and they haven't been wrong. (I call it the fall break feeling cuz that's the first time i had it and the first time we broke up) I have had it but a little differently and it tells me she might be cheating on me and/or have feelings for this friend. Somethings that may help is she get's jealous really easy she stops me from being friends with some people one girl who she got in a fight with and is no longer friends with is my sister basically. She has accused me of cheating many times and used it to break up with me the most recent time even though anyone who knows me knows i couldn't bring myself to do something like that no matter what. I don't want to confront her about it because she has a tendency to blow things up in my face and i detest the fights. I really just need to know what to do.
