7month old baby does not like solid foods?

Maybe he's not ready for solid foods yet. It's probably not the taste he doesn't like. Sounds like his tongue reflex is still strong. All babies are different and ready for different things at different stages. I'd hold off another few weeks with the solid food or just keep trying but only with the rice cereal.
