What is the name of the island in the middle of the Rhone River in Geneva, Switzerland?

It is spanned by a few bridges, has roads, and was mentioned as far back as Julius Ceasar, but not named. I cannot find a name on any map. This is not the Ile Rousseau, which is more at the mouth of the river (unless you know what it was called before it was named for the philosopher.)
