Becoming a Jeweler.....?

Hi everyone! I am thinking about taking these Jewelry cles at this school in Florida (I live in Indiana) and wasn't positive about if it is what I need. The most attractive thing about this school is that it is only 3 weeks long. It has 3 different Jewelry programs at just one week apiece. The price is also amazingly low. Both of those facts make me to believe that it may be a sham that I am getting into. Does anyone know how long it would/should/could take to earn a certificate of completion? Also, does anyone know what kind of credentials it takes to become a Jeweler? If anyone could help me out, or if you live in the Jupiter Florida area, let me know! I need to know if I am making a mistake or not. Thanks everyone!!
