Can I become an NYPD officer if i have a youthful offender record?

I'm 22 and i have 2 prior arrests. Once when i was 17, for selling fireworks and was charged with a misdemeanor and was given youthful offender/sealed record and another when i was 19 for being involved with a minor theft from a car ( the car wasnt stolen) , but for that i was given another youthful offender but this time it was for a felony and i was given 5 years probation (im finished with probation due to an early discharge). What are my chances? An answer from someone who is/was on the force would be preferred, thank you
