Do i have a urinary tract infection??

ok this is embarring to say but i really want some advice here...i have been masturbating alot lately..mainly cuz my wife is not here and i am really bored, and there is not much to do where i am at and i have had a hard time sleeping..i have about 1-2 drinks a day. sometimes none. but i have discharged alot of sperm. and this morning i woke up and my pee-pee felt sore. and i tried to pee and i felt a cold stingy pain in me..mainly in my groin, kind of in my . and when i tried to pee, nothing really came, but when something did come out (a little drop) it felt like a rock or something big was being pushed out of my pee-hole!!! and it kept stinging but eventually stopped. i have had little incidents like this over the past 10 yrs every once in a blue moon, but none this bad..i dont think. what is wrong with me???..and may i remind everyone i dont have insurance at this time..so is there any over the counter drug i can take?
