Mother w/holding visitation due to schedules and telling Dad where to stay w/kids and what to doduring visits?

dude i say to hell with ALL that ********! good luck if i were you i would just tell her the ONLY way this will EVER work out is if it is settled OUTSIDE OF THE COURTS , if not she is only hurting the child(ren) and hopefully one day she will realize that and work things out with you thats the best thing that could happen and the only sensible way to go about it-i have a friend who is going thru the same nightmare you are and he gave up trying to go thru the courts a long time ago and will NEVERA try again he has had enough of the unnecessary ******** and just waits and waits day in and day out hanging on the hope that his ex will change her mind and contact him which is the RIGHT thing to do SO good luck to you
