University of phoenix or kaplan university for psychology?

I'm just finishing a criminal justice degree from UoP. They totally screwed me on the cost. I was told the total for my degree was $6000. It's $20,000! Of course I got nothing in writing and the person who told me this was fired from his job, but the school refuses to answer my complaints and ignores my emails. If you choose UoP make sure and get everything in writing before making a commitment.
