Why does honey mustard sauce contain anchovies?

While eating my delicious Chick Fil 'A nuggets, I noticed that the ingredients label on my sumptuous honey mustard sauce contains anchovies. This seems like a weird ingredient for a honey mustard sauce. Anyone have any clue why it's in there?
