Abbey cash card....online banking....?

Do you know sites were I can register to make online banking with my Abbey card?On the abbey site was the only thing I've found was, that I must phone them to register and I'm married to a soldier who works for the British army and his regiment has moved from the place were we live to another place in Germany.The Family Office were I normally could get my money with getting a statement has moved too...and now I want to get a statement online.....Please HELP!!!=)
