Red slider won't eat, air bubbles, is on antibiotics,?

I would take him back to the vet and let them start running fluids by IV. If you have already spent that much money I would go ahead and spend a little more. The poor fella doesn't sound too good. I own and breed 100+ snakes, but dont deal much in turtles. Wish I could help more. Good luck!
