How can i get my torue converter off my trans. I even tryed big bars!!?

I just put a 5.9 RT into my old 5.2's place on my 1999 dodge durango. I wanted to put a new torue converter on but, i cant get the torque converter off! I even went and tryed to pry it off with 2 bars. How might i do this and is my trans going to make it?
