Stinging Eye Pain...?

you may have dry eye (using drops helps). the vision problem though worries me a little. are you older i know when you hit 40ish your vision goes through changes. you can also have allergies. you can get allergies at any time in your life over anything. are you around chemicals at work. do you wear contacts. these to can cause irritation. try putting a hot wash clothe over your eyes to soothe them. good luck. i would see a dr if you can.
